AT&T has just released an Enhanced Push-to-Talk app for Apple‘s iOS platform, which allows workers with an iPhone 4S or iPhone 5 to chat instantly with large groups. Ironically, this iOS mobile application is the first for AT&T in supporting WiFi calling and messaging. Apple unveiled iOS in the Car today at WWDC 2013, a platform that integrates iOS devices with the a car’s in-dash display/navigation system. With vehicles equipped with iOS in the Car, users will be able to connect their iPhone 5 and access Maps, messages, iTunes Radio phone calls and more. Apple unveiled iOS 7 today at WWDC 2013, which brings with it true multitasking. iOS users have been able to multitask only while using certain apps before this update, while iOS 7 allows any apps to run at the same time, making using multiple apps concurrently a possibility. By pressing the Home button twice, iOS 7 users will be able to pull up the multitasking window, which will display currently running apps in a preview screen. One of the new features announced at WWDC today for iOS 7 was AirDrop. At the WWDC 2013 keynote today, Apple announced some new features to both the Photos and Camera apps in iOS 7 that are taking each to the next level. Among the various new features and design changes to make a debut at WWDC 2013 in iOS 7, Notification Center and Control Center are quite prominent. The big number this year was way up in the billions: iOS users have downloaded 50 billion apps from the App Store.
