Caterpillar has officially launched its extremely rugged Android smartphone called the Cat B15 in the U.S. This comes after the device hit the United Kingdom first last month for 300 GBP. We got our hands on a few new Kyocera handsets today at CTIA 2013 in Las Vegas,  one of them being the ruggedized and waterproof Kyocera Hydro Edge. Rumor: Ruggedized Samsung Galaxy S4 in The Works?
