Sony Ericsson Developer World brings an interesting article about the issues involved in porting existing UIQ applications to the new 3.0 platform. Presented case study features the bulgarian based company, WebGate – developer of Advanced Call Manager (which will be preloaded one Memory Stick that accompanies the new P990 and M600).

Article points to such issues as WebGate’s development process, the challenges they’ve faced in the porting process and specific problems and solutions they’ve came up.
