HTC dropped the Elf-based HTC Touch on us yesterday. The new smartphone has Apple’s iPhone squarely in its crosshairs with its TouchFLO interface aiming to trump Apple’s multitouch interface. We got a couple video previews that show you exactly how the new TouchFLO interface will work – and how the globally available Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional smartphone will have a head-start on Apple (the HTC Touch has already left the starting gates, while Apple is still lacing up in the locker room).
