Creebies for N-GageRemember Tamagotchi? Well, Nokia thinks there’s still an untapped potential in virtual pets business, hence they’ve announced their own such service called Creebies. Coming in “early 2008,” the new game/service will give each player their own 3D Creebi to “care for, entertain, feed and even breed.” In addition, you will be able to customize your Creebi using the virtual cash until it takes on its own personality and appearance “based on the attention it receives.”

Nokia’s main goal remains to “connect people” and the same goes for Creebies — hence, your virtual baby will be able to interact with other Creebies via Bluetooth technology. And if your baby gets really beautiful you can show it off to other users. Or if things don’t get that smooth, there’s always the Adoption Center in the N-Gage Arena to get rid of the ugly bastard. 🙂
