What, you thought the well of AT&T device leaks had dried up yesterday? No siree, two more have bubbled up, with more likely in the wings. First off, the Pantech Aladdin offers a full QWERTY keypad, sliding out portrait-style, a 1.3 megapixel camera and 3G via AT&T’s HSDPA network. That should be more than enough for your avid texter, especially if it’s got a sweet price point.
If you’re looking for something a little more upscale, the LG Monaco will be packing Windows Mobile 7, a landscape QWERTY keypad, a 5 megapixel camera and a 3.2″ WVGA touchscreen. While those are some serious specs, the most interesting thing about the Monaco is the mention of a pico projector accessory.
The Aladdin is aiming for an August 17th. release date, and the LG Monaco is marked for September 28th. Just remember, this info can change over time, so it would be safe to expect a couple weeks delay, especially on the Monaco since Windows Mobile 6.5 has yet to even show its face on a commercially available device yet.
