When it comes to courtroom justice on the Nintendo DS, Phoenix Wright is the judge, jury, and executioner. All terrible court jokes aside, Capcom’s Mobile Contents Head Takeshi Tezuka announced earlier today they’ll be bringing Phoenix Wright to the iPhone during a talk session at the Apple Store in the Ginza district of Tokyo, Japan.
The title that started it all, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, will be the first title in the series to be given the iPhone treatment. Takeshi-san told attendees to expect more than just a simple port, saying the iPhone’s ‘flick’ input when selecting different commands to input. No word yet on a release date, but we’re told it should be out “soon”.
