Gameloft Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary By Giving Away iPhone Games

Gameloft is celebrating its 10 year anniversary for the next two weeks by giving away some of its iPhone titles.  As with most things that are free, there’s a catch.  Gameloft is asking that you, our dear reader, follow their Twitter account (@Gameloft) in order to know what game and when it will be given away.

The giveaway will be taking place from May 10th until May 21st and each game Gameloft is giving away will only be available for 2 hours from the moment they tweet their message of it’s free availability.  It should also be noted Gameloft will not be tweeting their “free game” message at the same time every day, so you can either A) Sit at your office cubicle all day waiting for the message or B) as Gameloft suggests, users can subscribe to receive SMS messages of Gameloft’s tweets.  As if I had to tell you, Plan B is best for those of you who have unlimited text plans.

So there you have it.  If you want a free Gameloft game, you’re going to have to jump through a few hoops.  But when you consider it’s all for a free Gameloft game, then I’m sure most people will be willing to take advantage of this offer.  Just as long as it isn’t a copy of Iron Man 2.
