For those that perhaps have a Wave in-hand, it’s probably a deal you won’t want to pass up. On now until September 30th, the offer is available to new users only. True, the Samsung Apps app store ain’t no Apple App Store, Android Market or BlackBerry App World… but at least they’re making an effort. Or something.
