It’s not often I get notice of a new official BlackBerry OS on the recommendation of one of our editors fathers… But that’s exactly what happened with this one. The father of our good ‘ol Simon let him know about this one, and Simon passed on the good news to me. Apparently, this one is a keeper.
OS 5.0.0.822 is now available (yes, it’s official) from T-Mobile. If you have a Curve 8900 or 8520, you’re in luck… the update is all about you!
As always, I’ve included a download link for your use below… and remember, if you decide to download and install on your 8900 or 8520, please do backup your device and take all necessary precautions before you proceed. I would hate to hear about how you fubar’d your device. It happens, trust me.
