Destinator 9 GPS Navigation now available for iPhone users in China

Intrinsyc Software is bringing its popular Destinator 9 GPS Navigation application to the iPhone users in China.

In addition to providing users with turn-by-turn navigation, the application also comes with several additional features such as integrated iPod controls, advanced voice guidance with Text-To-Speech for spoken street names, Google Local Search, safety camera alerts, extensive POI (point of interest) listings and NavStrip which provides access to all of Destinator’s navigation commands from a single touch-and-go strip. Moreover, it provides full onboard maps allowing for continuous navigation and sparing the user from network connection fees “associated with alternative solutions.”

Finally, Intrinsyc emphasizes that Destinator is designed specifically with the iPhone in mind and the user experience seamlessly integrates with the overall iPhone experience.

You know the rest from our previous post(s) on Destinator 9, so I’ll stop here. I’ll only add that Destinator 9 for China is available in two flavors: City Editions (Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen) at $9.99 per city; and Mainland China at $19.99…
