Chances are if you’re a regular iPhone user, you have no issues with touch typing. The virtual keyboard built-in to iOS suits you just fine, and in fact, you may believe you type faster on a touch keyboard than on a physical QWERTY (I believe this to be true… for me anyway!). That said, if you still must have some physical QWERTY goodness to go along with your iPhone, the folks at ThinkGeek may have the ultimate solution for you.
Called the TK-421 (what a catchy name!), this iPhone 4 and 3GS case features a keyboard that flips out when you want to use it. It works fine and dandy with all of your typical apps (your mail, safari, notes, etc.) and connects to your device via Bluetooth. There’s no dock connector here. Awesome. There’s also a magnet-based clasp to hold the keyboard in-place whether it is in use or not.
Unfortunately the case is out of stock at the moment, but ThinkGeek notes that more cases will be shipping in mid November of this year. If this looks like a winner to you, bookmarking the product page below might be a good idea. Alternatively, you can sign up for email notification (look for the big green ’email me’ button) when the case is back in stock.
Personally, I have no need for such a case. Over the past few years I’ve grown to love the virtual keyboard… and at the same time I still digg the physical QWERTY found on most BlackBerry devices. For me, it’s all what you’re used to… and I’m used to both methods. At any rate, for more information or to sign up for those email notifications, hit up the product link below.

Important note: iPhone 3G users, this case does NOT fit your device. Don’t even go there!
