Tony Curtis, whom I’ll somehow always remember as Houdini, has recently passed and was buried with some treasured items. We might call ourselves fanboys here when it comes to smartphones, but how many of us will actually take our toys to the grave? That’s exactly what Curtis did with his iPhone.
An excerpt from an MSNBC article states:
Actor Tony Curtis was buried Monday with a melange of his favorite possessions – a Stetson hat, an Armani scarf, driving gloves, an iPhone and a copy of his favorite novel, “Anthony Adverse,” a book that inspired his celebrity name and launched a robust film career that spanned decades and genres.
My condolences to Curtis’ family during this time of loss, and the man did live a full and enriched life. Now you’re in a better place, Mr. Curtis. I just hope you get better cell reception in heaven.
