Samsung keeps expanding the network of its carrier partners to sell the Galaxy Tab. Now we’ve found out that the Android-powered product is heading to India and Singapore.
Those living in India will be able to grab Samsung’s tablet on November 10th for Rs. 38,000, which is about $826. In addition to the unlocked SIM free version, we’re hearing Reliance will also sell it along with some Tab-specific plans (which are still not unveiled, though).
As for Singapore, the country leading carrier SingTel is selected as Samsung’s “partner in crime.” Pre-orders have already started and the shipping date is set for November 13th. In terms of pricing, SingTel will ask SG$998 for the SIM-free device. Interested users will be able to pair it with one of 3G Flexi plans that start at SG$39 and go up to SG$95.
We’ll keep watching the tablet market and keep you folks in the loop. Stay tuned in the meantime…
