Interim iPhone 4 Case from VOi! Cures the Dropsies

Interim iPhone 4 Case

If you have the tendency to drop your iPhone 4 a lot… you’ll know the importance of a good, protective case. Normally, when someone tells me they drop their device a lot, and are in need of some good protection, I recommend OtterBox. In fact, I still do. However, if you find these rugged cases just too darn big for your needs, there ARE other alternatives.

Case-in-point this evening is the new VOi! Interim Case for iPhone 4. First off, it features protective shielding for your back glass. The case is put together via a unique dual molding process, offering up a classy ‘frosted’ yet see-through view of the rear panel. Nothin’ like a good rear panel.

The sides of the case are made of a soft and flexible plastic, making for a comfortable fit in the hand, and on the floor (after you drop it). All joking aside, VOi! touts their ‘Drop-Catch Tether’ as a ‘hallmark’ feature. They’ve taken user comments into consideration from past cases, and have moved the location of the tether to allow for a more natural holding position. Neat.

Price-wise you’re looking at $21.95 for this bad boy, lanyard and all. Personally, I’d rather go with an OtterBox, but hey… if you don’t mind that stinkin’ lanyard flapping around all the time, and you won’t mind strapping it to your wrist like a Wiimote all day. Then hey, more power to ya.
