T-Mobile announced its Black Friday promotion today and the wireless carrier is going all out with a buy one, get one free promotion for family plans. Starting on Black Friday, customers with a new or existing family plan can buy a featured smartphone and receive a second featured smartphone or an affordable Android handset for free.
The list of featured smartphones included in this promotion is impressive and includes the T-Mobile myTouch 4G, T-Mobile G2, HTC HD7, Samsung Galaxy Tab, and BlackBerry Bold 9780. The companion “affordable” Android handsets available in this promotion include the Motorola Defy, Motorola Charm, LG Optimus T, and the T-Mobile Comet.
With that mix of handsets, you could snag two G2 handsets for the price of one, two myTouch 4G handsets for the price of one, or a Samsung Galaxy Tab with a free myTouch 4G, an excellent combination for those that really want to take advantage of the promotion.
The BOGO sale starts November 26th and runs through January 18th so you don’t have to brave the crazed shoppers crowds on Black Friday. It is available in-store only, includes mail-in rebates, and requires data plans for the smartphones. Full press release is on page two.
