The latest device available for ColorWare customization is the BlackBerry Bold 9780. The company allows proud Bold 9780 to change pretty much every detail of their smartphone, including the frame, top, bottom, inner back and outer back. Changing the color of the frame is the most expensive thing to do and it will cost you $150 for gloss or $160 for the softouch color. All other parts can be color-changed for free if you opt for the gloss color, while the softouch option will add an additional $10 to the bill.
You can either buy a new unit straight from ColorWare or parts only. Alternatively, there’s a send in option where you ship your BlackBerry to ColorWare only to get it customized three weeks later… And you can customize your Bold 9780 from here.
