US Cellular is launching a last-minute holiday promotion that slashes the price of entire handset lineup to free. This includes its feature phones, smartphones, and its Android handsets, which include the Samsung Mesmerize (Galaxy S), HTC Desire, and the LG Optimus U. The “All Phone Free” promotion begins December 17th and extends until Christmas Eve, December 24th.
On top of this free promotion, US cellular is giving a $100 credit to all customers who buy a new smartphone. This $100 credit will appear on your new bill and applies to both new customers and current customers that upgrade to a smartphone or add a new smartphone line. Note that this sale applies to smartphones, not the Galaxy Tab. Folks on the fence who are waiting for a blockbuster sale to sign up with US Cellular, this sale may be the opportunity for which you have been waiting. Anyone going to take the plunge?
