Ecosquid helps you sell phones, gadgets faster for the best price

So, if you’re like me, you’ve seen all the new phones at CES 2011 and are thinking about ditching your current model. If you want to sell it, you can always go to craigslist, eBay or various online services but Ecosquid aggregates all those online services to help you find the best price.

In the video below, Ecosquid‘s founder walks us through how the service works and it’s simple enough. You simply type which type of phone or digital media gadget you’re looking to sell and it brings up multiple online services and its prices. You have to fill out some information about the condition of the device and what other materials you have with it.

I used Ecosquid to see how much an Apple iPhone 4 32 GB model would fetch in perfect condition with nearly all the original material and it showed a variety of prices. Gazelle and CExchange had nice offerings of $430 and $460 respectively, while Cellitused was offering a paltry $285.

Ecosquid also lets you compare the services and rate them and the company gets a cut of any sales that it refers to another site (a cut from the sale that is, it doesn’t cost you anything). It’s a cool way to get the most cash for your old phone, so check out the video below.
