The Motorola Xoom is almost here, just two days away, and Android fans are loaded with anticipation. The 10-inch Android tablet will feature a dual-core processor, front and rear facing cameras and a tablet-optimized version of Google’s mobile OS, 3.0 Honeycomb, which we’ve been anticipating for months now.
We’ve seen all the ads and commercials and had our hands on the device at CES, so it’s nice to see it hit the market so quickly after it was announced. It’s not surprising, though, since we heard that units were already arriving at stores just a few days ago. Of course, there’s still debate over whether the price tag will be a deterrent for some users: $599.99 with a two-year contract, or $799.99 without a contract. I’ll let you all hash it amongst yourselves how this compares to the iPad.
