The new episode, entitled “Battle of the Gods,” builds on the previous update where God Idols and God Island were introduced. Now your job is to use up to four of these idols in a showdown against one of 40 gods on God Island. Every idol has a different attack — Fast, Counter, and Strong — with each having its own weakness based on a type of attack: Fast beats Strong, Strong beats Counter, Counter beats Fast. What’s more, each episodic update going forward will feature a new idol to obtain and a new god to battle.
And that’s not all. There’s also a new Mafia skin pack, available for $0.99 through in-app purchase that will change the game’s graphics, replacing the volcano with the New York skyline, the statue on Sand Island with a Pygmy wearing cement shoes, the moon into with a pizza pie, and more!
