Glu launched two new freemium games – Frontline Commando and Stardom: The A-List. The first of the two, available for iOS and Android devices, is a military shooter with awesome graphics and gameplay “on par with console titles.” The storyline sees you stranded on the frontline, and your “job” is to simply survive an onslaught of enemy forces.
There’s a full arsenal of deadly weapons to choose from, which you’ll be using to take down helicopters, vehicles and heavily defended enemy bases all while fighting off increasingly difficult waves of enemies over a variety of combat mission types.
As for the Stardom: The A-List, it’s an iOS only interactive role-playing game that takes players on a journey from rags to riches and ultimately reaching stardom in Hollywood. You start as a Hollywood nobody, and to reach your goal, you’ll have to schmooze, flirt, lie, fight – and maybe even work – your way to the top. It’s all about landing the best roles, dating the right people and being seen at the trendiest venues.
