Samsung Galaxy Note hits 1 million units shipped, coming to U.S. next year

Samsung has announced that it has reached 1 million Galaxy Note units shipped. As we all know, that doesn’t necessarily means the same number sold — however, that’s still an impressive figure for a device as powerful and somewhat controversial as the Note.

In related news, the Korean company said their smartphone/tablet will hit the U.S. shores at some point next year. If I had to guess, I would say that we’ll see this powerful device announced by some carrier (maybe even more than one) at the upcoming CES in Las Vegas. In that sense, we’ve already heard AT&T may launch the LTE-enabled version, which is awesome.

Now I’m eager to hear – are you going to be one of the first ones to get the Samsung Galaxy Note when it’s released in the States? Or is it too big of a phone and too small of a tablet for you?
