JackThreads releases stunning app for Android and iOS

Popular clothing site JackThreads announced the availability of its first app for Android and iPhone and the Thrillist-owned company put a lot of thought behind the design of this app to allow shoppers to browse new deals and sales as they are announced on the site. It’s not just a window-shopping app because if you spot something you like, you can purchase it directly from the app.

For those of you who do not know what JackThreads is all about, allow me to educate. JackThreads is an eCommerce site that offers unique styles of clothing that appeals to both suburban an urban youth – it’s the spot to go if you’re a fashionista or hipster. Normally, when users try to join the site the process usually takes a few days, but if you download the app you’ll receive an automatic invitation to the service.

I haven’t had much time to navigate around the app (Android version), but I really like what I see so far. The app is stunning, as it looks like an actual website, not some imitation of it. When I was looking at merchandise I had no issues with lag or unexpected force close notifications. If you’re addicted to fashion, I suggest you head over to the Android Market and download this bad boy.
