Twitter for BlackBerry 3.0 is out of beta and is now ready for the general public, waiting for CrackBerry addicts in their beloved App World; or from the Twitter 2.0 app at the bottom of the screen.

The app version 3.0.0.20 adds a number of improvements, most notably deep integration with BBM, allowing users to share their latest Tweet as a BBM Personal Message. In addition, there’s a whole new tweet layout, Twitter Photo Service support, automatic link shortening, promoted tweets, as well as improved notifications (though for Wi-Fi users only).

That’s all nice but still not on par with Twitter’s official apps for iOS and Android. Guess that’s the “fate” of today’s BlackBerry users – to use worse software, while being able to type faster on their physical keyboards (presuming they use such BlackBerry model).
