Major League Baseball is kicking off is 2012 season and baseball fans are getting ready by downloading the MLB At Bat app for their iOS and Android devices. Soon, Windows Phone owners can take part in this baseball extravaganza. According to the MLB’s website, the Windows Phone version of At Bat 12 will be available on opening day, which is Thursday, April 5th.
The MLB app gives you a front row seat to all the games and statistics for the 2012 baseball season. The app lets you watch the game via MLB’s Gameday pitch-by-pitch feature, listen to home and away radio broadcasts, and watch archived footage. You can also view standings, schedules, rosters and stats. On the other platforms, the MLB app is available for free, but requires a subscription that costs $14.99 for the season or $2.99 per month. If you subscribe to MLB.TV, then the app and all its content are available for free.
