Yep we’ve told you LG Optimus Elite will be available through both Sprint and Virgin Mobile USA. While the former is already selling the entry-level Android smartphone, the latter has started accepting pre-orders, with the device release date set for May 15th.
Virgin Mobile is asking $150 for LG’s baby, which BTW comes with a 3.5-inch screen, 800MHz processor, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with flash, 3G (EV-DO Rev. A) and Wi-Fi connectivity with mobile hotspot, GPS, and NFC with Google Wallet support. In other words, it’s a nice device for first-time Android smartphone buyers, offering quite a bang for the buck.
You’ll also need some plan with the Optimus Elite, and Virgin suggests one of its “Unlimited” plans, starting at $35 per month… Check it out from this page at their website.
