Earlier today, Samsung announced the Galaxy S III will land at five US carriers starting this month. Now that the cat is out of the bag, carriers are chiming in with their individual launch details. Verizon already announced it would start taking pre-orders on June 6. And now, T-Mobile and Sprint both confirmed the flagship Android phone will hit retail shelves starting June 21st.
Sprint customers can pre-order the SIII starting June 5th. The handset will be available in 16GB and 32GB capacities for $199 and $249, respectively. Customers who want the 32GB version will have to shop online as the 32GB version will only be sold through Sprint’s website. Sprint also announced its variant of the S III will ship with Google Wallet.
T-Mobile is not offering a pre-order, so customers will have to wait until the June 21st launch to fork over their cash for the phone. T-Mobile will sell both 16GB and 32GB versions. Pricing on T-Mobile is not yet available.
