Dealing with build up criticism in treatment of its employees, Apple responds to the layoff rumors. The Cupertino based company addressed the rumors briefly with Dow Jones Newswires, and to no surprise the tech giant denied those rumors. Let’s step back for a minute for those of you who need a little catching up. Earlier this week news hit that Apple was initiating layoffs to new employees to its retail stores across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Furthermore, it was reported that employees who were given a promotion, didn’t receive their raises, and then demoted back to their original position.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the details on what Apple said, because the Dow Jones report has yet to be published. Until then, stay tuned for the latest developments.
