We’ve already told you that LG will soon launch the Optimus Vu II. Now we have another proof that will happen later this fall with specs being leaked again. The successor to the original Vu rocks the same 5-inch screen with 1024×768 pixels resolution, and there’s also Qualcomm’s dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor under the hood, 2GB of RAM, 8-megapixel rear camera, NFC, 3G/4G (LTE) and Wi-Fi connectivity, 2150mAh battery, while Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is running the show. No doubts the Jelly Bean update will be released at some point in the future.
All said, we would take the Note 2 over Optimus Vu II any day though we hope the difference in specs sheet will reflect in the price, as well. So if LG’s phablet is much more affordable than Samsung’s offering, the company [LG] may stand a chance selling a critical number of units… We’ll let you know as soon as we hear something new on this. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
