Pebble, the wildly popular smartwatch, has updated its Android app with support for Google Hangouts notifications. Version 1.8.2 basically mimics the same kind of functionality that was found with the old Google Talk app. In the near future, users can expect to see the Hangouts app bring more alert features such as the ability to grab calls, as Google finally rolls its Voice service into the new application. When this will happen, who knows; but it all depends on Google incorporating the right API’s once it officially becomes available. Whenever that may be.
