We’re just a few days away from what we’d imagine must be the next Nexus 7 announcement, and the latest leaked renders of the device show off what looks to be Android 4.3’s stock wallpaper.
No, there’s nothing too exciting here, but the wallpaper seen on the device looks somewhat similar to previous Jelly Bean iterations. The renders also show the placement of the tablet’s notification LED, which you might have missed in the recent leaked video of the device.
As far as specifications go, the new Nexus 7 is rumored to ship with an updated, high-res display, along with a Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, front and rear cameras, and more. The pricing for the new Nexus 7 leaked last week, and will have a higher starting price than its predecessor. Still, the follow-up to the Nexus 7 looks to be worth the extra cash.
