Pantech unveiled another super-phone in its own backyard. The chances are you’ll never be able to try out the Pantech Vega Secret Note and it’s a shame. The reason is simple – it’s arguably the best phablet ever made. Not only does it rock a big 5.9-inch full HD screen, but also all other high-end goodies like Snapdragon 800 chip, 3GB of RAM (just like the Galaxy Note 3), 13-megapixel camera on the back, 2-megapixel front-facing camera and 32GB of internal storage. In addition, it comes with USB host support, and users will be able to get it alongside active covers.
Sounds cool, right? But wait – there’s more. The Vega Secret Note also sports a fingerprint reader, touch sensor on the back of the phone, and stylus… for those moments when you feel like an artist.
All this can’t be cheap, and it isn’t. South Korea’s three major operators will sell Pantech’s beast-phablet for no less than 900,000 won, which is the amount that translates into roughly $839. Kinda steep, but also kinda expected considering the hardware under the hood.
