The folks at Humble Bundle keep hooking it up! This time around Warner Brothers’ Games has thrown its hat into the ring, bringing 6 excellent titles. The best part? They’re all available to download for under $5!
You can name your price for Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition, as well as both of the terrifying FPS shooters F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin and F.E.A.R. 3 and the Tolkien-inspired action-RPG, Lord of the Rings: War in the North. If you spend more than the average of $4.50, you’ll get the next Arkham game Batman: Arkham City and Scribblenauts Unlimited!
This time around, the Humble Bundle will give a portion of the proceeds to African aid organization We Can Be Heroes too. So you can feel good about getting a great deal on a line up of excellent games. It’s a great cause.
We’re big fans of the Humble Bundle here at IntoMobile. Since its first offering back in 2010, the Humble Bundle has provided a model for crowdfunding that’s a win for everyone involved. The consumer gets a great deal on a selection of games, the game creators are compensated directly, and charities such as Child’s Play get funding. Also, you can choose how much of your donation goes to each, as well as the “Humble Tip” which funds the continued work of the Humble Bundle folks with convenient sliders.
It’s worth pointing out that this bundle is mostly Windows only, and you’ll need a Steam membership since purchasing the bundle will net you Steam keys for the downloads. Arkham City is available for Mac OS too, but the other games are Windows only.
Head on over, and grab your downloads here. For more information, the Humble WB Games Bunde trailer and announcement follows below:

Batman: Arkham City
Batman: Arkham City builds upon the intense, atmospheric foundation of Batman: Arkham Asylum, sending players flying through the expansive Arkham City – five times larger than the game world in Batman: Arkham Asylum – the new maximum security “home” for all of Gotham City’s thugs, gangsters and insane criminal masterminds. Featuring an incredible Rogues Gallery of Gotham City’s most dangerous criminals including Catwoman, The Joker, The Riddler, Two-Face, Harley Quinn, The Penguin, Mr. Freeze and many others, the game allows players to genuinely experience what it feels like to be The Dark Knight delivering justice on the streets of Gotham City. The Game of the Year Edition includes all downloadable content (DLC) packs, including the Harley Quinn’s Revenge pack, the final chapter of the Batman: Arkham City saga that features playable chapters for both Batman and Robin.
Batman: Arkham City is available for Windows and Mac via Steam by beating the average price.
Batman: Arkham Asylum
In Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman finds himself trapped inside the confines of Gotham’s psychiatric hospital for the criminally insane, Arkham Asylum. The Joker has set a trap for the Dark Knight and has conspired with the deranged inmates to eliminate Batman once and for all. Adding to the authenticity of the game are veteran animated Batman voice talents Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy, who reprise their roles as The Joker and Batman respectively. Gamers will move in the shadows, instill fear amongst their enemies and confront The Joker and Gotham City’s most notorious villains, including Harley Quinn, Bane, Killer Croc, Poison Ivy and Scarecrow, who have taken over the asylum.
Batman: Arkham Asylum is available for Windows via Steam by paying $1 or more.
F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin
After a huge explosion devastates the city, it’s up to Special Forces Sgt. Michael Becket to contain the abominable Alma Wade in the fast-paced shooter F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin. Use your psychic powers to slow down time so you can obliterate the hordes of enemies attacking your team. Beware, those same skills are also the reason you’re seeing nightmarish ghosts and having horrific visions. Could Alma be the culprit?
F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin is available for Windows via Steam by paying $1 or more.
F.E.A.R. 3
In the months following the explosion of the second episode, it becomes clear that the psychotic Alma Wade has not only survived the devastation, but her paranormal power is growing and strengthening along with the child she is now carrying inside her. Now it’s time for you to play the role of Point Man, the original protagonist of the F.E.A.R. series, or Paxton Fettel, the Project Origin prototype, as they try to contain Alma and destroy her evil spawn. Hell hath no fury like Alma Wade’s motherly instincts.
F.E.A.R. 3 is available for Windows via Steam by paying $1 or more.
The Lord of the Rings: War in the North
The Lord of the Rings: War in the North is a co-op Action RPG that immerses you and your friends in a brutal new chapter in the War of the Ring. The game draws inspiration from both the literary and film rights to the world of Middle-earth, allowing players to bloody their axes on a wide range of deadly enemies and traverse both established and never-before-seen locations. The result is a journey that is both epic and intimate, familiar yet unexpected.
The Lord of the Rings: War in the North is available for Windows via Steam by paying $1 or more.
