According to a report from FierceWireless, T-Mobile will be reconfiguring the company’s JUMP! program, which allows customers to trade in their handsets twice a year. The changes to JUMP! will include tablets as well as smartphones, and will allow customers to trade in their devices as many times as they desire, provided that 50% of the device has been paid off. Current JUMP! customers can trade in a device twice a year six months after they enrolled in the program.

“Whenever you’re ready to upgrade, trade in your device and T-Mobile will pay your remaining device payments up to 50% of the device cost. There is no more waiting period or limit to the number of times you can upgrade per year.” – T-Mobile statement to FierceWireless

The new JUMP! program features will take effect on February 23rd.
