Ever been on an awesome European vacation and have to make a mad dash to the Apple Store? A new location that is set to open up near Venice will make your vacation a lot easier.
Or maybe not. The Apple Store won’t be opening up in Venice per se, but the neighboring city of Mestre which is situated on the mainland. It’s not super far from Venice, but why would you want to even try and leave the island to go to a mall? Anyway, there’s going to be one there soon if you need to grab a new iPad before hopping on the Vaperetto to snap some canal inspired selfies.
Come on Apple, why not a floating Apple store in Venice proper? Oh right, water and electronics don’t mix.
Apple’s Mestre store will open its doors on October 11th.
