Smartphone torture videos are certainly not in short supply online, with a bevy of videos where expensive flagship smartphones get destroyed in almost every manner possible. Some of the videos are done in the name of science, some in the name of amusement. Today’s video is definitely the latter, depicting a brand spanking new Xperia Z3 getting cooked into the middle of a delicious hamburger. Seriously, that burger looks tasty. Minus the phone, of course.
So how does the Xperia Z3 stand up to cooking torture? Pretty well, actually, despite being covered in burger grease. Grilling season may be over, but it sure is nice to know that your Xperia Z3 will be fine if it somehow makes its way onto your grill.
Sony’s Xperia Z3 is a durable water and dust proof device, so I guess there’s a little science involved in this delicious torture test.
