Many great things have already been said about the HTC Desire HD. As you probably know by now, it’s arguably the single best Android-powered smartphone, sporting the new generation Snapdragon CPU, tons of RAM and ROM, 8-megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash, and that super large 4.3-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen. In addition, all other “standard for high-end device” goodies are there as well, including HSPA and WiFi connectivity, GPS, Bluetooth and 8GB of built-in storage that’s further expandable with microSD cards.
That said, we were not surprised that some carriers want to offer the Desire HD exclusively in markets they cover. The carrier is CSL and it will be the exclusive operator partner of the device in the Hong Kong market, offering it through its one2free and 1O1O brands.
Plus we have words of Mark Liversidge (CSL’s CMO), who said: “…This collaboration gives local customers access to a superb device, an outstanding Android experience, and the unrivalled network coverage of CSL.”
