In case you wondered how much the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo will cost once released, we have an answer for you. The “news” comes from Amazon.de, Amazon.com’s German subsidiary, which currently accepts pre-orders for the device. The red version is the cheapest, having a price tag of 345 EUR. The more expensive ones are blue gradient and silver versions, which could be pre-ordered for 377 and 379 EUR, respectively.

If you recall, the Xperia Neo was announced a day before the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona alonside two other phones – the QWERTY keyboard-equipped Xperia Pro and PlayStation-certified Xperia PLAY. It comes with a 3.7-inch FWVGA scratch-resistant display with Bravia Engine technology, 8-megapixel camera with auto-focus and HD video recording capability, Qualcomm’s 1GHz Scorpion processor, HDMI out, HSPA, WiFi, while Android 2.3 is running the show.

We assume that alongside Germany, Sony Ericsson will also launch the Neo in other countries across Europe…
