Despite its financial woes and struggles in trying to launch their potentially business-saving WiMAX XOHM data service, Sprint has done a great job of turning the US wireless market on its head. With their Sprint Simply Everything plans, the lagging CDMA carrier offers customers varying allotments of wireless minutes paired with unlimited helpings of text, web, TV, music, navigation, Direct Connect, etc. (that’s the everything part), Sprint has forced major wireless operators in the US to rethink their pricing structure.

And, to help bring in more customers, Sprint’s new employee referral plan allows the CDMA-masses to get in on the Sprint Everything Plus plan for just $59.99. Customers willing to represent themselves as referrals of Sprint’s VP of strategy Russ McGuire, will net themselves 500 anytime minutes with unlimited access to text messaging, web browsing, Sprint TV, music, and navigation. Of course, you’ll need to enter Russ’s employee information. Find the referral info at Mr. McGuire’s website or just keep reading.
