One of the great things about SXSW is that you get a chance to take a first look at games like Angry Birds Space but you also get only-in-Austin moments like a dance off in the middle of the streets to celebrate the game.
In the video below, you’ll see how some of the “birds” and “pigs” get along when they’re battling through dance and you even get some neat sling-shot motions to go along with a medley of music. This was one of those moments which makes SXSW worth it: I was at the GroupMe grill trying to snag a free grilled cheese sandwich when I randomly stumbled upon this.
Angry Birds Space will be released March 22 and you can check out our hands-on time with the game.
