Two of the newly announced Sony smartphones, Xperia SP and Xperia L, are expected to hit the UK market later this month. Those looking to get one of the two phones will be able to do that from the Carphone Warehouse, Clove and Expansys, some of which are showing the phones’ prices.
From their sites, we learn that the unlocked Xperia SP will go for 320 GBP (about $486), while the Xperia L will be available for 240 GBP ($365).
If you recall, the Xperia SP is more powerful device with specs that include a 4.6-inch 720p HD screen, LTE connectivity support (in addition to HSPA and Wi-Fi), 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 8-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing one, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory and a memory card slot. The Xperia L, on the other hand, packs a 4.3-inch FWVGA (854×480 pixels) screen, 1GHz dual-core processor, the same “camera duo”, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable internal memory.
