We finally get to get a glimpse of US Cellular’s Windows Phone 8 plans. The carrier has been wowing to launch a smartphone running the latest version of Microsoft’s mobile platform for quite some time, and thanks to the leaked promo materials – we know that their first such device will be the Samsung ATIV Odyssey. Yup, it’s the same ATIV Odyssey Verizon Wireless is offering; the one that boasts a 4-inch WVGA screen, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash, LTE connectivity support, NFC, and 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded with microSD cards.

We still don’t know when US Cellular will launch the Odyssey but since marketing materials are ready, we expect to get the press release any day now. More to come, obviously…
