The Moto X was just announced, and with it brings a new level of customization to smartphones as we know it. Still, the handset is still a mid-range device that shares the same price tag as high-end smartphones today.

Take a look at the Moto X’s specs below:

  • 4.7 inch 1280 x 720 HD AMOLED Display
  • 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 CPU
  • 2GB RAM
  • Motorola X8 Computing System
  • 16GB/32GB Storage Options
  • 10 Megapixel Clear Pixel Camera
  • 2 Megapixel front-facing Camera
  • Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean
  • 2,200 mAh battery
  • NFC
  • Locked Bootloader

Stacking up the Moto X’s specs to the competition, the handset doesn’t really have an edge on many devices today. That said, this ultra sleek device may indeed be just what some people are looking for.

We want to know what YOU think about the Moto X. The device has been heavily leaked for a while now, so there weren’t many surprises. Was it good enough for you, or will you be looking elsewhere for your next smartphone? Sound off in the comments below!
