We’ve “heard it all before.” Samsung is preparing to unveil its very first Tizen-based smartphone at the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. And voila – here’s how it will look like.

Called Samsung zEQ 9000, this will be one powerful device with specs that include a 4.8-inch 720p HD screen (1280×720 pixels) and Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core chip clocked at 2.3GHz. The story goes on suggesting this smartphone will be available in single- and dual-SIM variants. Other details are unknown at the moment but we’re sure we’ll get ’em shortly.

Meanwhile, we’re wondering why the Korean company opted for “plain” HD rather than full HD screen. Perhaps it wanted to deliver blazing fast user experience? Again, we’ll have to wait to get that information. In the meantime, here’s another, bigger image of the Samsung zEQ 9000.
