Samsung is apparently working on an LTE-enabled version of the Galaxy Grand 2. According to GSMarena’s find, the upcoming device will keep most of the non-LTE version’s specs with the addition of a new chipset to support faster mobile data connections.
So we’re talking about a mid-range phone that comes with a 5.25-inch 720p HD screen, 1.5GB of RAM, 8-megapixel camera on the back, 1.9-megapixel front-facing one, 2,600mAh battery, GPS + GLONASS, and 8GB of expandable memory. While the 3G model rocks a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, the LTE-enabled Grand 2 may get a faster chip. Or not, we’re not sure really. Similarly, we’ve no idea when Samsung will officially announce the Galaxy Grand 2 LTE though we’ll have to guess that will happen sooner rather than later.
