Known Weibo tipster @DigitalChatStation revealed the battery and charging details of the device, giving us the clearest picture yet of what Honor is building ahead of the August 12 launch.
So here’s the rundown. The Robot Phone is expected to carry a 7060mAh cell paired with 120W fast charging. That combination puts it in serious all-day territory, and arguably beyond. For context, most flagship phones in 2025 are still hovering around the 5000mAh mark. Honor clearly wants battery life to be a talking point, not an afterthought.
The same leak also filled in several other blanks. According to @DigitalChatStation, the Robot Phone may ship with a 6.3-inch LTPO flat display featuring AR anti-reflective film, a 2640 x 1216 pixel resolution, and a staggering 6800-nit peak brightness. That last number is wild. Even the brightest flagships on the market today are pushing around 4000 to 5000 nits, so if that figure holds up, outdoor visibility on this phone could be genuinely impressive.
On the chip side, the leak points to a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 paired with Honor’s own in-house processors, specifically the C1, C2, and H1 chips. Honor has been investing heavily in its own silicon over the past few years, partly out of necessity after years of trade restrictions that hit its parent ecosystem hard. Having proprietary chips handling connectivity, imaging, and power management alongside Qualcomm’s flagship processor is a smart hedge, and it’s a strategy we’re seeing more phone makers adopt.
Camera details have already been teased separately. Honor has talked up 200MP imaging and a custom imaging chip, and the leaked spec sheet adds ARRI-based cinema features and a dedicated cinema mode to that list.
