Samsung Corby S3650 SpongeBob Squarepants is aimed at tweens and their parents

Samsung keeps betting on its highly successful Corby phone. The all-touchscreen device is already available in quite a few variants, including CDMA-based and WiFi-enabled device. Heck, you can even grab some trendy back covers for the phone in Russia and I guess some other markets, as well.

Now the Korean company has unveiled a new limited edition version of the phone for tweens in Hong Kong. The so called Corby SpongeBob Squarepants comes with a SpongeBob/Patrick Star battery cover set (two covers are included in the deal), a mobile pouch and a Spongebob token. We’ve no idea how much this special version of the Corby handset costs, but we doubt it’s more than the original device, considering that specs wise it’s the same phone.

As a reminder, the Samsung Corby comes with a 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen, 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.1, FM radio, microSD memory card slot, EDGE data, and a Cartoon-like version of Samsung’s TouchWIZ UI that gives users quick access to popular social networking services.
