CNN Money: Facebook to acquire Gowalla, mobile future uncertain

Australian Supreme Court overturns Samsung Galaxy Tab ban

The Australian Supreme Court voted unanimously to overturn Apple’s injunction on the Samsung Galaxy Tab. The injunction will remain in effect until the end of the week, and Apple will have the chance to appeal this decision before the injunction is lifted.
