This French developer is highly creative and makes me wonder why Nokia took so long to tell people about the built in accelerometer inside the N95, N95 8 GB, soon to be N82 and hopefully more models down the line. Check it out: NokmoteUploaded by soueldi

Brief: Confirmed: Nokia in discussions with Google about Android, no decision has been made yet
Yesterday I reported that Kari Tuutti from Nokia’s Multimedia Division said Nokia was open to joining the Open Handset Alliance (the group behind Android) if it proved beneficial. Today Simon Ainslie, Nokia UK’s managing director, said: “We are having ongoing discussions with Google.” Oh snap! [Via: BBC]
Video: Nokia N95 8 GB has an accelerometer too, not being used out of the box however
Daily Mobile has a Nokia N95 8 GB and thanks to a beta version of the application RotateMe which utilizes the devices built in accelerometer their screen rotates quite easily. We now know both the N95 and N95 8 GB have accelerometers, yet they are not being used. What other Nokia devices on the market…

How many versions of the Nokia E51 are there?
Why does the back of this E51 on Smape look different than the back of this E51 on Cell Addict? Multiple versions of the E51? Version 1: Version 2: I much prefer the dotted metal look compared to the wavy line fashion reminiscent of the Nokia 9300, but how are consumers supposed to know which…
Shut Up: You are not allowed to praise or slam Android until the SDK comes out
I woke up today at 05:30 to a little under 1000 unread items in Google Reader. Half way through that list I just couldn’t take it anymore, people need to stop making assumptions and conclusions about Android. The SDK is not out yet. You have not seen the OS. I have not seen the OS.…
Video: Hacker clones Sony Ericsson W580i shake funtion to Nokia N95
The Sony Ericsson W580i has a gimmicky feature that enables you to shake the device to change track. Someone, and I’m trying to score more details on the guy, copied that functionality to the Nokia N95 which we just found out recently has a full blown accelerometer inside.
